   Visited today to book a holiday was told it could be price matched with tui by a very helpful lady on front desk .however the manager refused to fully match the holiday resulting in me booking with tui direct. I found both the manager ignorant and offered no explanation. Will not return due to manager poor service. We holiday very regularly

   Booked my holiday with this travel agent but wanted to enquire about extending my holiday and change of departure destination. Disappointing really because no one ever gets back to you. Even if they've not managed to get what you're requesting at least keep the customer updated even if no progress. PLUS it was me who ended up having to contact them re my booking due to no one getting back to me. Even more disappointment because I discovered the ticket price had actually increased by £60 by the time I eventually was able to speak to someone. Who reeled of so much information at me I was left bemused. I'm not a fan of travel agents my experiences have not been great especially when you're left waiting for call backs. THE WORST. Face to face is actually far better. So Coop Travel FIX UP. Don't think I'll be booking with them again anytime soon.
