Everyone I’ve spoken to has been great, and made the process really easy. The whole experience had also been really nice and easy for us. There have been no ‘pushy sales’ at all, but taking the time to come up with suggestions and options to make our holiday what we want it to be. We’ve also been going through a few different options and there’s been no hesitation to happily calculate all the permutations both in store and after. In store there’s also a handy little place for keeping little ones amused whilst working out the holiday. Would strongly recommend.
I have just booked a car for our Florida holiday with Sarah Burgess at the Giltbrook office. Sarah was extremely helpful in helping me select which car I needed and explaining to me the different levels of insurance. I would recommend this office and Sarah and Dottie. An excellent service.

My husband and I called into Next for shopping forgetting that Virgin was there We decided to make an enquiry about booking a holiday for next year. Sophie was so friendly and very interested in talking to us with our concerns due to covid which immediately put us at our ease with our booking. We booked our 10 nights in Sandals knowing we can postpone or change our holiday if necessary (hopefully not) and her knowledge was very professional and I would recommend any one who have their doubts about booking to talk to Sophie or indeed anyone in the virgin "corner"
I have used Virgin Holiday (Giltbrook) several times over the last few years and always found the staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The quality of the holidays they sell are great value for money as they seem to always go a step further to make your holiday the best possible. Due to COVID we have had to cancel and swap dates on a couple of holidays we had already booked, the refund process was very quick, and the holiday we swapped our dates on was sorted with no issues at all. I would highly recommend Sophie and staff at Giltbrook Nottingham.
With the current situation of covid, we had loads of questions. Sarah was fantastic. She answered all that she could but importantly the ones she couldn’t answer she didn’t cover it up, she said straight away. This will be our 3rd virgin holiday to the US, none have been flights + hotel + car. All have had some complexity and every time it’s been as if I was buying a newspaper, no issues whatsoever. Also it was nice to see a familiar face, the other lady there booked my wife’s girl trip 2 years ago, they seem to look after their staff…
