My car lost power and I pulled onto their forecourt and although both mechanics were busy they helped me, I offered money for their time and assistance, but they refused.
Its such a shame I'm having to write this review. I've been taking my car to them since I've owned it and my parents have been using him for years. I booked in to have its wheel bearing replaced and like usual, they scheduled me in very quickly. I went to get the car today, 2 days later, only to be hit with a bill that was a lot more than I was expecting. Not only had they completed the work I requested, but also fitted me a whole new set of discs and pads to the front. I had the car MOT'd by them 8 months ago and it passed with no advisories so I really don't know why a complete change was required. I'm more than capable of changing my own brakes so to be hit with an extra section on the bill really shocked me. The part I'm most annoyed about is the fact that there was no communication from them to let me know that my bill was going to be much more. A simple phone call asking if I wanted the extra work done or not would have gone a long way but instead they carried it out of their own accord and charged me for it. I cant fault the work they did for me, it was absolutely brilliant. The car is now back to being quiet but because of the above, it makes me very reluctant to use their services again.
Not the cheapest of prices quoted, but was able to fit car in, very quickly. Work was completed in a timely manner. Near to where I work so I was able to drop the car off, short walk to work and collect after work.
Took bike in for MOT after stopping bike it wouldn't start. The owner and his mechanic did all they could to help get the bike going. All FOC no trouble at all to them. They stored the bike FOC and locked it away safely. WHAT A SERVICE, I cannot thank them enough for their help. Highly recommend.
