   my mother had a digital hearing aid appointment at end of August, the girl on phone said it wouldn't take long to change the mould for her, whilst we waited in the waiting room. When her turn came the girl took my mother's hearing aid into the room didn't change the mould, instead brought it back out to her and said 'that's u sorted ' tubing changed. Now it's squeaking. Also on Thursday past 18/9 mould parts were posted out to my mother, unbelievable place is audiology no consideration.

   Pharmacy is very accessible for me to collect my repeat prescription. I can take the lift in my scooter to go to my Doctors reception ,staff very patient & helpful. Cafe is good for a hot or cold drink & a quick bite to eat.
