   Had a terrible experience with this company. They came to replace a part on my washing machine and claimed it also needed another part which they would have to order. Was left 6 weeks without a working washing machine, while they fobbed me off and made excuses every time I called for an update on when they were coming to finish the job. I was finally told by them that no one was coming to finish the job, as the engineer had closed the job on his initial visit and they should have let me know sooner. Ended up having to contact the supplier to get a new job opened and thankfully and entirely different company came out and resolved the issue within a couple of days. They are an unreliable bunch of liars.

   I had a frustrating experience with this company. They were slow to provide a quote and claimed my dryer was beyond repair. When I took a closer look myself and removed the back, I discovered the problem was just a fan belt. I fixed it in 30 minutes for only £4.04. Clearly, their assessment was way off, and I wouldn’t recommend their services.

   ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed I would strongly advise against using Penn Domestic Services based on my experience. They failed to turn up three times for scheduled appointments without any explanation or prior notice. Each time, I had rearranged my day to be available, only to be left waiting with no update or apology. What made the situation even worse was the rude and dismissive attitude I encountered when I tried to follow up. Rather than acknowledging the repeated no-shows, the staff I spoke to were unhelpful and showed a complete lack of concern for the inconvenience they caused. This level of poor customer service and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Reliability and basic courtesy are the minimum you expect from any service provider — sadly, Penn Domestic Services failed on both counts

   Used these guys several times now to fix my oven, both times contacted them on the morning and both times they've come the same day and fixed the problem there and then. Can't comment on if they are the cheapest around as never used anyone else as being efficient, reliable and turning up when they say is the most important thing for me , so never looked elsewhere. I would recommend these guys to family and friends for oven repairs without a second thought

   Paid 45 pounds 2 weeks later same problem occurred called them back and was told its 45 again to fix it it should have been done the first time properly just wants to keep taking your money for a ten minute job wont be using again

   Have used them for years, engineer is a man of few words but absolutely knows his stuff! And he always gives a receipt with a reasonable price. My daughter uses him too and has always been happy with service. Another repair carried out December 2022, prompt service, reasonable charge, never disappointed with them yet!
