Friendly & polite, I didn’t feel scared of him answering the door as a woman on my own & he was respectful. Had all the right tools, explained how to set up app, talked about the box we chose & top tips. Highly recommend Curtis well done, even my dog liked him!

I was under prepared for him as it was short notice work, and had to move a load of stuff for him to run cables, but it wasn't a problem for him and he worked around it. I was informed of a time slot, the previous night, and the installer arrived within the time slot. The installation was undertaken in a professional manner, and the installer kept me informed of the process, did a neat job, cleaned up afterwards, and ran through the options within the Ohme app. Very pleased.

Satisfactory installation of switch, electric cooker and outdoor light all completed to my satisfaction. Small niggle that was difficult to resolve as I was not present was promptly rectified once an appropriate course of action was agreed. Found service on checkA trade. Would use again.

   The team were professional, responsive, and ensured our work was completed to the highest standards. They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves as they went. Before the job, we were provided with an accurate and very reasonable quote for the work. Lightwork was able to advise on everything we were unsure about and gave us plenty of thinking time to consider how we wanted to proceed.    They are a great team and hard professional workers. I first got a quote from Lightwork Services after they visited to investigate the work. I gave them dates I was available and they accommodated me. Apart from the professional work they carried out, they are above and beyond one of the cleanest workers out there!    I'm very disappointed with the service provided. We had two overhead heaters installed and only one is working. The other trips each time we switch it on. This fault was reported immediately to Roger. He told me the heater (new) was faulty but he would take a look after a few weeks. He has not returned and does not return my phone calls. He wanted money up front and immediate payment. I obliged. Expensive and uncaring.
