   Simon has just installed a Worcester boiler for us. This is our first time using Simon following being let down by another plumber. Simon came highly recommended to us and came out quickly and identified the fault. We had an additional problem of radiators that were not working and had not been working for years - other plumbers had failed to diagnose and repair this fault. Simon repaired all the faults and installed the boiler at a very reasonable price. Also of note other plumbers who I discussed the issues with were unable to do a power flush favouring an inferior chemical flush. Simon has the equipment and knowledge to do this if this is something you are considering. Cannot recommend enough.

   Excellent service. Simon saved our Christmas when he managed to get our ancient boiling working again and he gave us a quote for installation of a new one. The price was competitive and he did a really great job removing our old heating system and installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler. He also replaced a leaky kitchen tap for us. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. His work was to a really high standard. He was very thorough and gave sound advice. Great to find a plumber who is friendly, reliable and hardworking. Would definitely recommend.

   Excellent Service from Simon at Simbuild. Had a leak at my circulator pump and was frantically trying to find someone available to come take a look. I left a message on Simon's voicemail. He promptly phoned back, had me send him some photos, and was around a few hours later despite it being a busy Friday for him. New valves and pump installed efficiently and at a reasonable price. Some tradespeople can't wait to get out the door once the job is done, but Simon showed me everything he'd done and gave some good advice before leaving. Would highly recommend.

Spoke to Simon on Tuesday to obtain a quote, came round to visit and provide quote on the same day and by Friday lunchtime the work was completed.    Simon and Simbuild replaced a broken boiler with a new Worcester Bosch boiler and performed a system flush for our whole heating system. They were polite and professional and worked around our young family being at home. They were careful to protect carpets and stairs from dirt and were happy to explain what was being done. Simon also came back to check a suspected fault which turned out not to be related to the boiler. Would certainly recommend to others.
