   Best service money can buy. Nathan installed 2 x nest thermostats. Job was not very simple as our boiler controls for 3 floors were under the bath tub. Nathan had to open the side panel and then reseal everything. Job has been done to a very high standard. I will be using his services again in future. Price wise, Nathan offered us a good and a reasonable price. Thanks. Nathan.

   While I’ve used Willow for boiler services for a few years, Nathan has recently ripped out and replaced our bathroom. From quote to finish he has been attentive, kept us up to date and has considered things we hadn’t to make our bathroom perfect. Nathan has also replaced my parents boiler and some radiators and they too were really happy. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending for any plumbing jobs.

   Wanted two new radiators installed in my property before winter takes its hold on us all. Nathan promptly came round to price up the job and a date for fitting arranging. The installation went swiftly, and extra effort was made to ensure none of our decor was damaged (there were Dust sheets and matts throughout the house). Not knowing how these things work I expected there would be holes in my walls and marks on my skirting board / floors but this was not the case, the pipe work was connected with absolute precision with minimal holes created - he truly is the master of the pipe. Nathan was also flexible enough to fit a smart thermostat the same day, which was not initially included in the job. On finishing, you would not have known that any work had taken place the house was spotless all thanks to Nathan and his trusty NuVac I would not look anywhere else other than willow heating to meet any of my plumbing needs! Could not recommend enough
