Amazing, amazing service. We visited on two occasions, both Sunil & Bharti were so helpful and patient answering all our questions and helping us pick out different pieces to try on. We will definitely be back whenever we need something special. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I waited over half an hour in the queue whilst some customers that arrived after me were being served before me. When I was finally served I asked for ear piercings and was told that I have to wait for ALL the customers in the shop (that arrived AFTER me) to be served first and to wait OUTSIDE the shop. I explained that I need to get back to work and I have come in during my lunch break but that did not mean anything to them. Just because I wasn't purchasing something of a high value I was not treated like a customer. My family used to purchase all their gold from here but they have now lost any future trade as they do not respect their customers.
