   Excellent service, I went to Bhogals looking for a lengha in my size, they were patient and so kind with their advice. Really well priced and great variety of outfits for any occasion. This will definitely be my go to shop for Indian clothes. Everywhere else was so overpriced and not very helpful. Great customer service

   Friendly customer service, also advise on best options. Genuinely are happy to help and go out there way, even though they are so busy. They designed my Sherwani from scratch, no hassle and a great price. Extremely happy when it arrived no tailoring was needed. Definitely recommend 10/10.

   I recently purchased 2 items from Bhogals. A salwar suit and a lengha, both needed some alterations which were offered to me as part of the total price paid to the items. (over £300). The alteration service has been very poor, the quality of work done is bad - the zip on the lenga top broke whilst i was at my event, and the salwar suit was missing a string on the back. The alterations were promised in good time before the wedding, however the service was very delayed and last minute and the workmanship is poor. The top has been left with Gagan (shopowner) after I pinned it with safety pins during the wedding. Service and communication continues to be very poor, no urgency to correct. It seems once you have paid your money there is no responsibility taken over the quality of the garments or the tailoring done by them. Be aware if buying from here, if alterations are required find your own tailor you trust, also bargain on the price of items and don't be fooled to pay full price on the promise alterations will be done within price paid. Overall, a very disappointing and upsetting experience

   I’ve always thought I’d get my dream wedding dress from India. I never thought I could have my dreams come true so close to home, not only did Bhogals make me my dress but allowed me to design it exactly how I wanted, including style, fabric and sequins. As I wanted a unique look to the normal Indian lengha I was able to send them the styles I wanted of the dress and I’m pleased to say the look i wanted was more than achieved in the agreed time frame. They kept me informed every step of the way and ordered a patch sample of the dress before it was completed. I would definitely use them again as they are willing to go the extra mile to make your wish come true. Thanks again guys, God Bless!
