The ladies at Toggs & Cloggs are so lovely and helpful. They were great when helping us with our daughter’s first pair of shoes and we have just bought her next pair of shoes from here as well. I have been buying my little girls shoes here since her very first pair. She is now three and will be starting preschool soon. The customer service here is wonderful - we were in yesterday and the ladies remembered my daughters name and were so welcoming. When she was younger she went through a phase of not liking anybody touching her feet and they were always so patient with her. She now loves having her feet measured and visiting the shop! They take care with fitting and I’ve never had any issues with any shoes from here. They stock start rite and some lovely other brands too. What I also appreciate is they are always honest and let you know if their feet haven’t grown enough that they need another size, they don’t try and sell you shoes you don’t need. We come to Newport just to visit here and are always so pleased - such a wonderful shopping experience that feels personal, that you just wouldn’t get in a big chain/Clarks. Thank you ladies! Lyra and I will be in again soon for her preschool shoes.
