   My husband had some shoes from this branch after 14 months the. Braiding came loose from around the heel he hadn’t worn them much the staff were excellent they replaced them and because they hadn’t got his size they posted them to us within 2 days what a service thank you Telford

   I picked the worst time to go in, when families are in getting there Back to School shoes and bags. Lots of noisy kids in, can't knock them on that part as that isn't the shops fault. It did smell like bad feet when I was walking around it. They had some shoes in there that are the only ones I liked when looking for shoes today, will go back when it's not back to school to try them on.

   I think this shop is ok, the reason I say ok is because my daughter, her 2 kids n I were in there for a long time waiting for staffs help! We actually watched 2 female staff chatting away, gave us a look but didn't come n offer help! Anybody would have seen we needed help!! A young man came to us and he was helpful, so thanks to him you had a sale of 3 pairs of shoes but had it been left to the 2 ladies we were ready to leave in disgust!

   Reasonable prices. Trainers, sandals and shoes. A good choice and a lot cheaper than other places. Paid £17.99 for some footwear. A light sand colour with flecks of silver in them.

   Deichman have a good selection of shoes at reasonable prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful and do a good job of keeping the store clean and organised. My only gripe is with interim sizes - one of my girls is size 11 in shoes, and despite her size falling within two different categories, there were only a few pairs of shoes in her size on the day we visited. Probably just bad luck though, and it definitely won't put me off returning in the future.
