   Went in this morning to purchase a football shirt with my granddaughter, she asked a male who worked there for some help. He pointed to the corner, and said over there, turned around and walked off. Well thats over £80.00 you missed out on, went to another shop and purchased it from there. You lost out but another shop gained. Maybe if you weren't so ignorant to a young teenager who asked for your help you would have had it in your till

   I don't like the attitude of the staff. No one will ever come, you have to run after them and ask. Yesterday I asked for a second pair of shoes, the seller who was putting the shoes together called another one on the walkie-talkie, and no one came in 15 minutes

   I went looking for a new rucksack for a multi day hike planned for the weekend. My borrowed rucksack but would not adjust to get weight off my shoulders. Bought one from Sports Direct, Half price, 2kg lighter and once loaded, so much more comfortable. Staff helpful and very will stocked store.

   Can I just say how wonderfully the two young ladies who were working the tills at the Telford branch dealt with a particularly obnoxious customer on the 15th of January lunch time . They remained calm polite and professional whilst the man was arrogant rude and awful to them . They are a credit to the company .

   Terrible shop , no much help from the younger staff … roasting hot …. And to top it off pitched a coat for the little one … too big so came back in store 30 mins later to be told no refunds :… terrible policy

   Quite expensive when there's no offers on. Its like an oven inside the store, came yesterday and went to pay for my items at the till, everyone was standing there roasting because of how hot it was inside yet the 2 ladies at the till were taking longer to serve because of how much they were too busy talking, it was alright for them because they had air con behind the till but everyone was having to wait there boiling hot whilst they took longer to serve.

   I had to mark them down because it was like a sauna in the store. I felt sorry for the staff having to work in those conditions. I was in there maybe 15 minutes, and it made me feel unwell. Other customers kept mentioning it too, so it wasn't just me. The girl at the till said the air conditioning was broken, but it felt more like someone had turned the heating on!

   Went in to return some goods. Waited at the till, then was told to go to another till downstairs which had no signage apart from the GAME sign, not Sports Direct. The GAME attendant was unable to serve us (there were 3 separate customers), and had to call 3 times for an assistant to man the till. She was pleasant enough. Don't you think it would be wise to have some proper signage of where to go for returns and/or sales? Glad i was able to get a refund and not store credit, because i will not be returning!!
