   I got in at around 4 picked the kit waited for a while before being served the person that served me just checked the items assumed i stole the socks that come with the kit didnt even remove the metal thinging i didn’t realise because why would I they didnt even offer a bag i had to go look for another person to come give me the bag then when i left it was beeping waited for someone to come tell me what was wrong no one came and there was a lady at the front by the door I left got home realised the tag was still on. poor customer service and racist

   Very short of staff in the I went 10:10 am and I wanted to ask about shoes, have my self to look for the staff and someone came after 10 min really not nice for customers to look and wait how long till someone comes

   Probably the worst service of any shop I've been to. Just trying to buy a pair of trainers is a struggle. Everytime you ask they say someone will come but no one does. They need more staff on the floor

   african english ladie judge the people by their clothes and not giving time to try the shoes. and i told her 9 shoe size but she give 10.5 shoes at till which is wasting my time and i came again to change the pair of shoes

   I visited today; the place looks nice and amazing. Most of the time I want sports wears; I use this site. My kids love the place. They were happy playing the football. The environment was clean and the staff were also nice and friendly. Nice place to visit.

   Staff was very rude was treated really badly after someone left & set the alarm off I was stopped they found nothing & was not offered an apology I understand they are just doing their jobs but an apology would've been nice.

   Will not go to any of this company any more …I bought a trainer for my little daughter and in my way back to home my daughter said I don’t want it … I went back to the store the same time trying to refund as I can’t force the girl to wear it asked the same lady whose sold it to me to refund she said I can’t …only credit note …then asked to speak to the store manager she was so rude tilling this is the role here I was trying to inform I need the refund so that I can buy another one for the girl she refused so rudely and i had to accept there credit note …..very bad stuff and very bad policy

   Terrible service. One new member of staff behind the till who had no idea what to do. Several others standing around offering no support. Was unable to purchase what I had gone in there for and left, having wasted 30 mins standing around. Will have to take my business elsewhere now.

   Young and rude staff on the till. The guy on men shoes was extremely helpful and polite however the two young girls on the payment desk on Sunday 02/10/22 @ 3:30pm were extremely rude and arrogant.
