   Holly was amazing at Telford Decathlon, she was so personable, clearly puts customers first, strives and achieves the best service. Really impressed, we have bought two electric bikes from them, one developed a fault and it was sorted in days. Brilliant service, brilliant company and brilliant staff, really appreciated. Even whilst working alone in the department due to holidays, she was able to prioritise our own cycling holiday and resolved the issue in record time. Big clap for Holly, star employee

   Massive thank you to Holly and Tom for sorting out my old bikes brakes and gearing so quickly. Fantastic, friendly service from start to finish as they showed me what they where doing, explaining the process from start to finish in a clear and easy to understand way that even this non-bike expert could understand. I will certainly be coming back soon to buy a new bike soon!

   I can not fault the level of service they have provided me today on more than one occasion. I first called them and asked if they could search for a receipt for a product I purchased 3 years ago and Holly happily went went out her way with no complaints to find the receipt and called me back within minutes to say she found it then emailed it over to me. About an hour later, I called to asked for a product availability and went down to visit as soon as after Hugh said they had said stock in, I came out with something better that was suited for me more though and Hugh were absolutely faultless in his services he had provided. The knowledge and expertise the entire team has is top level, it doesn't matter what time or what questions you might have, they will help you with a positive and selfless vibe. If you need anything sports or camping related, Decathlon is definitely the place to go, 100%! Massive credit to Telford and I hope it stays for a long time.

   I've just started camping recently so i tried Decathlon for the products i needed. The store has a great layout which makes it easy to browse & find what you need. Very friendly & helpful staff. Also, i love the self checkout system as it makes paying super easy & i haven't seen a system like it before. Definitely recommend.

   Great little store this. Covers most if not all sports you can do. Prices are reasonable for then clothing / equipment they do. I wouldn't say it's high end spec but it does what it says on the label. Do check out the sale rail as can pick up a decent bargain. I'd avoid the hiking boots, all ok if walking round the locks park / canal but anything on rough terrain I don't think they would last very long. Small cycle section but they do the bike to work scheme and maintenance that you can book via the app : QR code ( see pic ) Plenty of free Parking outside. Hand sanitiser at the entrance / exit and plenty of space to walk around without bumping into anyone especially during the week.
