Avoid purchasing trainers here. I bought a pair of £140 trainers that developed a clear manufacturing fault within a few months. Despite Asics offering a one-year warranty, the store refused to honour it, claiming that “discounted trainers are not covered under warranty.” Terrible customer service... I’ll never buy from here again. Avoid.
Walked in to a clean store however the lady whom I assume was the managing member of staff was just sat on her phone paying no mind to any customer walking in, only when I approached the younger lady did she stand up and smile toward me. Overall not a great experience had it not been for the younger lady. I sincerely hope the supervisor/manager has a talking to about her attitude and customer service

Got no issues with the shop itself. However the after sales and quality are just sad. Got a pair of gel kayano in Dec. I have used them for few odd park runs and some road running. the shoe are already torn in the front. When I took it to the shop they said its "wear and tear". Offered me 10% discount on a new pair. Why would I need a new pair of a shoe that doesn't even last 7 months? Getting the front torn isn't wear and tear. Over a £100 wasted. Lesson learnt. Sticking with Nike.
I recently visited the store on a cold and windy day. Staff greeted me with a warm welcome. They listened to what type of coat I was looking for and gave me detailed and relevant information about the products. This made it so easy to decide on what was right for me and three weeks on, my down coat is keeping me warm! Thanks guys you nailed it. I recommended the coat to a friend and they're as happy as me. Popping by next week to ask about footwear! Top class staff and products. Highly recommend.
I walked in store and was welcomed by Aron. He has been of great help giving me best recommendation to suit my foot profile specially with orthotics. I have recently switched to Asics and GEL Nimbus is some thing that suits. The staff here is really professional and can help in getting the right option. Will always come here as you get the best outlet rates.
Disappointed. Went to buy a pair of ASICS NOVOBLAST 3 only to find they don't stock them. Waste of a journey
Really good stores are always popping in to see the new stock and some great bargains with high quality gear. The staff are always friendly and on hand to offer help should you need advice. Changing rooms are clean and offer plenty of room to try on your items.
Experience Cannock designer mall very good. Went ASICS to get new shoe for road running and staff very friendly. Olivia who served us knew her shoes well and very happy.
