I visited with my son to buy a suit. Great prices. All of the staff were fabulous, but especially Jodie, who was friendly, patient and nothing was too much trouble for her. Moss Bros she's a real credit to your team

Called in today to the Moss Bros Cannock to get a suit for a wedding and the staff were brilliant. the young lady who served us in particular was extremely helpful and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. can heartily recommend for both customer service and general atmosphere.
I was served by Jas at Moss Bros and she was absolutely brilliant. She was really helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, and her customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend asking for Jas if you’re visiting the store!
My best advice would be stay clear of moss bros for suit hiring. I hired suits for my wedding and they almost ruined my wedding. Mine and my 2 best men, they messed up our orders 3 times! They were just completely careless. Everytime I needed an item reordering because of their mistake I had to drive to the store because they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! 27 times I called the one day and not a single answer. I’ve attached a photo to prove it! It was less than 24 hours before my wedding I managed to get it sorted. The amount of stress and anxiety they caused me was just unforgiving. I would NEVER return and I hope people read this and avoid you guys because you almost ruined my wedding
Always very helpful here! 5 of us turned up unannounced looking for wedding suits and we were well looked after from the get go, suits were perfect and very well priced, alterations made swiftly and very cheap, there was even a mix up with the grooms shoes which was dealt with in a very timely manner with no dramas at all. The staff go above and beyond and I’d recommend to anyone!
A classic gentlemen's outfitter, every item is top quality from shoes, cufflinks, shirts and suits. This is a well stocked branch and well worth a visit.
Excellent experience in store the member of staff was extremely helpful and the suit which I purchased was made to fit as the staff member being thorough took all my measurements and then provided items of the size we got we then ordered the items from their warehouse and was confirmed that it will arrive tomorrow
