   The clothes and shop itself are fine, but the customer service was unacceptable. A female staff member kept giving disrespectful looks simply because a top had been put back without being folded. Customers should be allowed to browse without being watched or judged. An older male staff member was clearly grumpy which made the experience uncomfortable. His attitude came across as biased and inappropriate. Overall, the behaviour of staff seriously lets this store down. The younger male staff member atleast showed basic courteous manners which the older gentleman needs to learn from.

   Great customer service at Jack & Jones, McArthur Glenn, Cannock, Darren and Sarah were very helpful when my husband was looking to purchase a pair a jeans, Darren gave good advice re size and style. He bought the jeans and also a shirt, very pleased with the fit and quality, good value for money. Will definitely shop here again, thank you.

   Just been in here with my sister. Refused to swap a sweatshirt (labels still on) in a different size as the one she bought about 5 weeks ago didn't fit her son (we don't live near here). Said some stupid excuse that people keep coming back to swap things continuously.... ridiculous. I was behind her about to buy £50 worth of clothes and put them back and left and won't go there again. Not like she asked for a refund! Just a straight swap and if good customer service, they would have swapped them.

   Was in today (08/08/2025) and was greeted warmly by Employee Darren. He went above and beyond in helping me decide on t-shirts to purchase, giving advice on the fittings of each. He was excellent and professional, providing excellent customer service! Overall a great experience! Thank you Darren.
