    Never trust the opening times, poorly trained staff, headache inducing management and they do not honour deals to try and meet own internal targets. Try another New Look store for a much more pleasant experience.

    The shop itself is relatively small and doesn't offer much female clothing and lacks any male clothing whatsoever

    A good selection of clothes on offer in a range of sizes, given the size of the store. However, there are a couple of staff members that would really put you off. Too busy chatting, not paying attention to customers waiting and it took someone telling them there was a queue to come to the till because they were too busy gossiping.
