The sales assistant ,Thorla, was lovely. Helpful and cheerful, despite it being the end( 5.15) of a probably long and cold day.
Blue light card no longer accepted. Better atmosphere again. The staff were nice and friendly as they usually are. Not sure what was going on with the staff last time I was in here.
Not impressed at my experience in Bon Marchè yesterday. An assistant watched me walk to the tills and then put her head down and carried on folding stock. I had to ask to be served. Very rude. The last time I visited one of the staff was smoking near the entrance. Vile. You need to up your game Bon Marchè.
Brilliant customer service. Very helpful staff esp Pam and Tina. Both of them went out of thier way to help me and my mum. A must visit.
Went to return items from Xmas with out a receipt. But could only exchange them for other items in store to the value of the prices in the sale. It's OK but I would have liked a credit.
Went in today after lock down the woman on the door was a real pain ... A right jobs worth masked up making sure we used the hand cleanser Fare enough..told us not to touch anything unless we intend to buy it !!! So don’t pick anything up ? So how can you sort out your size and look At it properly? also she said we would be better off walking with our hands behind our back omg walked straight out ?
