   Terrible customer service received yesterday from Polish sounding woman with bleached blonde hair. Was waiting at the till for five minutes to get served then halfway through getting served she buggers off to sort something else. In the end I grabbed my receipt myself from the machine and left the store. Suprised you sell anything in there with the poor customer service.

   A blonde, Eastern European sounding woman who works here could do with some intensive customer service training or even being shown the door! Look customers in the eyes when you talk to them! Don't order them around! Don't treat everyone as if they've only decided to shop at Sports Direct to annoy you! I do not expect red carpet treatment from Sports Direct, but I do not expect to be treated as if the staff HATE ME regardless of how friendly and polite I've been! I'll be shopping at the competitors of Sports Direct from now on.

   Always a bargain to be had here. Either sports wear or trainers. Staff always friendly and never pushy. On this occasion we couldn't get our in Karrimore trainers in the size we wanted but with a bit of luck next time we will be lucky and of course going to another branch might be the answer. Half price too which is excellent value.

   It's sports direct! They're all the same, cheap, owned, own label brands and out of date stock, if I could get the same stuff elsewhere at that price I would.

   Your staff - mainly a woman with bleached blonde hair thinks it’s ok to discuss customers and talk about their clothing so loud that they can hear from the next isle. Very rude unhelpful staff.

   Cannot believe how rude the staff are. I waited at the till to pay for goods, while an assistant chatted to her colleague. Eventually paid for the items without the assistant even giving eye contact (too busy chatting). Appalling customer service
