Not a good quality . I buy shoes from there and these are slippery sole and I slipped because of these shoes and now I came to exchange these shoes and they say they can't exchange these shoes . Really disappointed

one of the worst shop in the uk . they put the sign for 28 days to return but they will not taken any thing. they will give the reason only.the people are very rude to speak with customer
Shocking customer service, waiting in a queue only to see a member of staff clearly on her personal phone smiling at the constant flow of texts that she was receiving and replying to, just occasionally glancing up to look how big the queue was getting. When finally at the front of the queue to be served, was not even greeted with smile, kiss my arse or anything just asked if I wanted a bag, passed me the goods and receipt, not even a thank you. This company does obviously not carry out staff training in customer service skills. A smile hello & thank you go along way, I was not aware that your personal phone came under customer service.!!! Will not be using again
Just popped in up 2 flights of stairs strewn with rubbish looked around for a pair of Chino's couldn't find any no staff to ask,went down to the first floor no staff, back to the ground floor two members of staff talking asked about chinos told me if any on the second floor told him there was no staff on either floor he said they were short of staff I walked out dirty shop &unhelpful staff Certainly won't be returning there again
Ground floor is always hectic and staff don't bother helping customers, always refer you to another member of staff and this carries on. There is also a lot of confusion among the staff members when it comes to checking trainer size availability.
I wish I could give no stars but 1 is for the store assist on floor 2. I tried on 3 tops all okay till I got to the till on ground floor. I couldn't have the 2 tops labelled up 2 for £14 doesn't say anything else except 2 for £14 Not same style or colour so I left empty handed never too return. Don't bother with them rude lady on till so lost a sale and we won't be returning for our trainers we were going back to buy. ! If something doesn't fit you can exchange or get a credit note so beware.
Prices are ok for a high street shop. Always looks like organisation and general tidying up are an after thought of all staff members. Also, I'm very nice and polite, but here, my only guess can be that staff are paid around £1.50 per hour. As they have zero interest in being nice, serving, having manners or any basic kind of general human conversation. Got me a nice pair of adidas trainers for 30 quid though.
