   Went in store today the 3 staff were all having a chat near the counter. Totally saw me and carried on having the conversation. I interrupted and asked if they accepted love to shop cards the lady replied yea and carried on talking. So I went to The back of the store to find my toddler some shoes. I needed I size so I asked the male staff if he had any he replied and helping a customer I’ll be will you. There was only myself in the shop! I waiting 10 mins and he never returned the only lady was sweeping up and the other was hiding. I decided to walk out as all the staff didn’t bother helping me and are quite rude. I won’t be going to This store again!!!

   A huge thank you to Wendy and Paige for their help and assistance earlier today. My mum was in need of new shoes that were easy to put on and a wide fit!. Both ladies were fantastic and very attentive to my mum's needs. After a trying on session and several walks around the shop. My mum came out with 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of boots!. Thank you so much Wendy & Paige x

   I finally found a pair of shoes my son likes at the Wellington branch but had no size 6. Only the Southwater Arcade branch had 1 pair which they kindly asked for that pair to be held under my surname to collect. I sent my son and husband to collect them but was rudely told they have no shoes reserved. I was called to collect them myself as my husband and 11yr old told me the 2 assistants there were very rude to him. My experience was even worse when I had to go in which was inconvenient. I couldn't find the size on the shelf and picked up a size 8 to show the assistant when she came from the back and whilst I was asking for a size 6 she took it off my hand and put it back and said 'if it's not on the shelf we haven't got it' walking away. To get her attention I went to the till as I refused to walk after her. Another assistant came and I started explaining that I reserved these shoes at Wellington branch and my husband was refused a moment ago when the rude assistant came and said "he should have said reserved not ordered" I said you knew what he was on about as we both said the same surname it was reserved under. She took over and served me so rudely with no manners or empathy towards the inconvenience she caused. This was the worst customer service I have received and will not be going back!!!
