   We would like to say a big Thank You for the fantastic service we received yesterday , when we visited the Telford branch. My hubby and I are on holiday, visiting Shropshire, and due to the weather decided we might need new winter boots. We were served by Daria,and we just wanted to say what an absolute credit Daria is to the company.. Daria was attentive ,she listened to our needs and was able to offer great advice on the various boots that were available. Nothing was too much trouble and ,after we had purchased 2 pairs of boots Daria even directed us back to our hotel. It was lovely to receive such helpful and friendly service.. Thank you ☺️

   When I explained to Daria what type of trainer I was looking for she immediately understood the problem I have with my one heel and was able to offer a selection of different options. I find it difficult to make up my mind about footwear so took my time but Daria was really patient and didn't rush me. Even when I had decided she explained that I had 45 days to return them. Absolutely faultless customer service.

   We were approached by Daria on entering the store, she was polite, informative and helpful regarding our selections and size of footwear without being pushy. We didn't anticipate purchasing anything today but we both walked out, each with a pair of Skechers. Daria was about to order my pair for later collection as another assistant couldn't locate them in the rear of the store. But on checking the stock online she, herself went out back and found them. In these days of low customer service expectation Daria exceeded ours and is a great brand ambassador for Skechers. Many thanks.........David and Jayne

   Not only did I have great service, with being shown a variety of boots after listening to what I was looking for, but promptly kept my phone safe, when I actually thought it had been either stolen or lost!!! Tears of joy, joy not only from relief of tracking down the phone but the comfort that my new boots bring me having to walk and stand most of my long working day. Unfortunately, for my bank balance, I’ll be back to the Telford store as pretty much loved all the boots that were on display!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
