   Was told I couldn't have a paper receipt and got pointed to a small sign. I said the sign says I can still have a paper receipt so was then given one but she wasn't happy about it and told next time I come in I won't be given one. She called me 'love' a few times though so thankfully the brilliant customer service was still there despite lack of smile and her annoyed tone. I don't want to be forced into giving my email address out unnecessarily because the shop assistant has told me I have to, despite the sign. I don't know why the shop assistant took it so personally that I wanted my paper receipt, it was as though the cost of the paper came out of her wages?

   I visited New Look to return some boots. Was told I had to use the QR code. She said it’s easy to do . I said I didn’t want to do it that way I wanted my money put back on my card. But I couldn’t,I had my choice took away. The assistant wasn’t professional at all, she started shaking her head and waving her arms and walked off. She couldn’t continue the matter with me and had to be relieved.I was not rude until she was rude to me. I just wanted a refund the old fashioned way. If staff can’t cope with a customer who isn’t happy then perhaps they shouldn’t be working in a shop. I will not be shopping in New Look again it seems like they are heading towards the digital route without giving the customer an option.

   It's a small high street store, but I always manage to find something I like. They have a small shoe section too. The staff were really helpful when my friend was after some boots and couldn't find her size on display.

   Not the staffs fault but they make it so hard to return things. I was told I’ve got to come back another time to return a dress I had just had delivered to store. That means more petrol more parking in town!!

   Plenty of space though younger age clothes upstairs. Unsure if a lift is available. I think a bit pricey in general for certain items though reasonable for others. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Like the store as plenty of space.

   Visited New look Cannock this morning at 09.15. Customer service rubbish. Asked two members of staff regarding a skirt . One who I believe the manager was too busy trying a leather skirt on in the store .And the other lady couldn't even be bothered to help me look . All she said that's all we got . After searching I found the size . Great Customer service

   Good range of products, prices seem not to bad from what I witnessed during my excursion with my wife. Staff are very friendly and helpful, though their till system is very slow and literally keeps you waiting for 3-5 minutes.
