Great store however feels like the clothing is more or less the same. Needs more variety of Castore clothing and designs. Formula 1 stuff is great however not very many sizes or variety of things.
I’d give zero stars if I could. I bought a Castore water bottle and it broke the very first time I dropped it – and it wasn’t even a big fall, just a gentle drop. For something that’s meant to be used every day (especially for sport), the material is clearly cheap and not durable at all. When I tried to return it, I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t have the receipt. Annoying, but fine – I decided to give them another chance and bought the same bottle again. Big mistake. The second bottle also broke after a light knock, exactly the same issue. This time I did have the receipt, but was then told I couldn’t return it because I’d “exceeded the receipt limit” or whatever random policy they’ve got in place. So basically I’ve paid twice for a product that can’t survive normal everyday use, and Castore takes no responsibility.
New kid on the block in terms of sports and leisure clothing castore offer some really good deals on tops and casual sports wear. In this store you can get some McLaren F1 clothing and Red Bull as well.
friendly staffs and very helpful. good value for money. bought a few clothing's and was offer 2nd clothing 15% off.
Saturday 1st July 2023, assisted by 2 very helpful, friendly lads working in Castore. The 2 star review from Jeanette seems to be a complaint about receiving an item ordered online, nothing to do with this actual shop/staff . . . so why she's moaning on here baffles me . . . Give you a head a wobble Jeanette & then get yourself back in the sea.
Had new Rangers third strip arrive from online store. Creased to high heaven as been put into its original package screwed up. Not happy at all as it's an anniversary present.
Great service with top quality stock would highly recommend
