Excellent service from Isabella on Wednesday. She had the patience of a saint while we tried shoe after shoe for our disabled son. We needed to take a break and allow our son time to regulate again, and on our return, she presented us with a selection of shoes she had found to help us. She went above and beyond, excellent customer service, and we left with the perfect pair of slipins!! Thank you from a mum who really appreciates the help.

I just want to say that we were very impressed with our visit today to buy some new trainers, myself my mom and our friend all purchased a pair, all the staff were very helpful as soon as we walked in to the store. We were particularly impressed with the sales assistant “Ronnie” I myself work in a shop and thought how good he is and very helpful! Please can you pass this on and we will be back!

After checking by phone earlier that dogs are accepted at the shopping centre I made a 45 minute journey to visit the Outlet Centre and specifically the Skechers shop. I entered the shop and after a short while I was approached by a member of staff who told me that while dogs were allowed in their shop they would have to be carried, I decided to just leave as how can you possibly try on and buy a pair of shoes while walking around with a dog in your arms, absolutely ridiculous. Having walked in and out of several other retailers at the outlet while looking for Skechers I was not once challenged for taking the dog in with me, someone from Skechers needs to look into this silly policy so no one else waste their time on a visit like I did.
