   Cannock centre. Like a jumble sale. Filthy. Scruffy. Staff standing doing nothing but talking. Music too loud... not everyone wants to head that vile stuff. Don't bother.

   I visited JD sports the other day to buy a gift card for my nephew for Christmas but unfortunately I left the store empty handed duo to poor customer service. I will not shop there again. Perhaps the employee's need to be explained the importance of delivering good customer service.

   Visited this store. After 10 mins standing around waiting for a member of staff to help me. Male staff member says he will be with me in a minute. Walks off and doesn't return. So another 5mins later I walk up to the till myself and ask young female member of staff to get me the size trainers I want. Yet 3 members of staff are always walking around the store or standing around chatting amongst themselves or female manager on her phone whilst customers are waiting to be served. I did not enjoy being ignored by male member of staff

   New store only recently opened and it's really busy due to Christmas, staff were quite helpful but also very much on their guard and it felt a little intimidating. There's a good range of products and it's all well presented. There's competition from sports direct a few doors down and the markdowns were really good value which compared with the likes of sports direct. Overall a good experience aimed primarily at teenagers in my opinion but a great store in general so I'll visit again.
