   Visited to have a look as they have a Game Within the Store Seen Prices For Games which were outrageous And Asked If they ever go down and Staff didn't get my side of things and took it as I was moaning £49 for Call Of Duty? When Black ops 6 is only £57 sort the prices out jokers

   Sportdirect is ripping people off. Ordering online and paid postage of 4.99 to get delivered. Wanted to return items to store. They won't take it. Had to pay another 4.99 to send back. Absolutely disgusting. Never shopping at Sportdirect again

   Worst service i have ever experienced. Ordered something online that came literally broken in half due to courier maybe but also very wrongly packaged, No customer service number so call email and a lot of work to get no where. 1 week later and still being sent around to different departments with no item its only £9 but thats not the point, i will contines to wait until the matter is resolved but will never buy from them again

   Best staff and integrity. I Bought 2 pairs of trainers, one for me,one for my wife for a trip. She placed in suit case and tossed box.Later learned manufacturing sewn one up to tight and shorter.Manager did NOT hesitate to allow me to swap for another pair she admired..Sometimes manufacturing makes errors and even without box they stood by their products,reason only place we go,and they stock most recent offerings like back in the states..Nice people always working there.

   AWFUL. The staff when you can find them are rude and unhelpful! It will never change. Management need to sort it out. Spent most of my time looking for staff. In the end I queued at the till to request trainers. Only to be told to go find the lad on trainers. I am disabled and so I told him absolutely not. So the lad came to the till even then the lad on trainers downstairs was dismissive! I will never shop here again! Terrible store awful staff.

   Went into the retail park store today looking for a hoodie, I have been to numerous shops with no success, but after looking in you're store and not finding the correct size for an item I wanted, An assistant called Luke went above and beyond and found the item in stock online from sports direct and told me of my options, I then spent £80 in you're store and spent another £80 on you're website, thanks Luke for ur 5 star service.

   Cheap gym wear and sport items. There are two floors, the ground floor mainly has clothes and trainers with upstairs containing more equipment e.g golf, football, basketball stuff.
