I would like to thank the lovely lady who helped me with gift boxes for my 2 granddaughters charms. I had purchased them online and I needed to wrap them individually as they came together in one package. The lady was most helpful, friendly and sorted my problem out for me. What a disgusting place!! Tried to return a ring that my daughter was bought for her birthday only wanted a voucher or to swap for a bigger size as we had the reciept. To be whispered about saying it was a fake is disgusting!! The staff in here need training on their customers service and lack of it! Will be taking this to Pandoras head office

Could be bigger with more choice. Don't like staff wearing funeral black. Navy blue would be nice colour. Black is depressing for customers..
Had a great experience buying a ring today. Chantelle provided an excellent service today. She knew a lot about the range of rings and how to mix and match them. She gave great instructions on how to look after the jewellery and she had a lot of information about the 2 year warranty. Overall, we had a great experience in store thanks to Chantelle.
I rang the wolverhampton store over 20 times in a 3 day period regarding a fault with a necklace no one picks up the phone EVER! rang Customer services no help the robot was even worse...then I receive a survey to complete I've had numerous faults with pandora jewellery so has my daughter and several friends the assistants in the wolverhampton shop are generally very helpful if you go in but by phone its impossible.
Came in Saturday and was served by a lovely young lady who was very helpful and patient whilst I was choosing what I wanted. Wasn’t pushy at all unlike others shops and I made the most of the offer.
