   Very caring, and professional personnel. I went there with chest pain, and receptionist immediately brought doctor to check me over while receptionist was looking after me. Luckily it wasn’t nothing serious, but even thou it wasn’t emergency department I was seen almost immediately, checked over, and reassured reassured. Doctor and his nurse also recommended following steps I need to take as I had no idea what to do after. I couldn’t recommend this hospital more. Top quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I was dropped off right outside. The building is clean and modern. The staff were helpful and friendly. The café is great and has a good range of food and drink. The staff in the café bend over backwards to help, they're brilliant.

   Not a great experience. All staff need bereavement training, shouldn't be telling a relative over the phone that their loved one has died for starters. Staff need far more training dealing with issues and no Doctor on site. They may well have opened a new discharge unit but we never saw any rehabilitation with our loved one while we were there. Will never recommend to anyone!

   I don't find parking easy here at all. I have neuro and neck issues so parking down the bottom of the semi circle is hard, due to not having a turning space. Overall the hospital staff are nice but really wish the NHS were more generous with appointments. As an outpatient over a year between appointments is too long. Not sure if this is due to cutbacks or just me.
