Really disappointed with the lack of empathy and compassion from this company. I have purchased some jewellery using a discount code, when the items arrived I was away and when I came back I had to deal with a bereavement. I've just asked if I could return the items as I'm still within the 30 days, however they said because I've used a discount code I should of returned these within 14 days and can only offer a credit note. The only reason I've asked for a return is because I've had to have time off work, so a credit note isn't going to pay the bills! Beware of this is using a discount code and I'd advise spending your money with a company that is kinder and isn't so greedy!
Disappointed with packaging! Hardly looks special. I ordered recently from allum and sidway and had a lovely wrapped item with small note. This looks like it’s just been picked off a shelf and put into a Jiffy bag with no thought.
I’m disappointed, got a pair of earrings as a present for a friend. There are oxidation marks on them and the packaging is awful and damaged, no certificate or warranty docs included. The delivery was quick but I think that’s a pro for Royal Mail. Doesn’t worth the price unfortunately

This absurd company has broken data protection laws by filling my inbox with dozens of absolute drivel emails, despite my requesting that they stop, many, many times. To date I have forwarded 10 of their unsolicited junk emails to the ICO who are now investigating them. I have never been a customer of this company; I have never consented to them emailing me; and I have never asked to join their spam email lists, so their data law infractions are as confounding as they are unwarranted. Avoid this grotesque company unless you want your data abused, your inbox filled and your patience tried to the point you contemplate violence.
necklace flimsy and of questionable quality arrived in a plastic bag, not in a box, like in the pictures from the website! difficult to return as they don't provide a return label. not a serious business, willing only to scam people

Very disappointed as I ordered a bracelet in August which said In stock underneath to then be sent an email stating it isn't in stock and will take up to 28 days. I waited and on the 22 sept ask what was going on and no reply it is now 5th October still nothing.
