Repaired my bracelet excellent customer service. Lovely couple that were polite and made sure it was ready when they said it would be. I don't go anywhere else if I need watch or jewellery repairs.
Excellent well established family jewellers in Kingswinford. Always very friendly, helpful, efficient and reasonable. If they are not too busy the owners will always go that little bit extra to help and save having to return if a watch battery is required or a small repair/adjustment. A real asset to the village.
Popped in to have a watch adjusted never been met with two ruder people in my life avoid at all costs.
Called in today needing a repair to the broken clasp of my Citizen Promaster and was advised to leave my watch with them and come back in 30 minutes. I'd already been to two other (well reviewed) local places - who could only offer me their sympathy as they could not obtain the stainless steel bar that had failed. On my return I was presented with my watch to inspect and was told that it had been a difficult job - it was as good as new. I was expecting fairly hefty bill for such an 'unobtainium' component plus the struggle involved to fit it , so was very pleasantly surprised to be presented with a bill for the sum of £10. My thanks and respect go to the gentleman in the shop who did such a great job.

Great service today. My watch had stopped working and a replacement battery somewhere else hadn't worked so took it here . The man was brilliant...spent ages giving it a good check up and it now works - didn't want to charge me but obviously I gave him something . Absolutely recommend
Lovely little family run jewellers, has been in Kingswinford for many, many years. Friendly owners, reasonably priced, and good choice of clocks, watches, all other jewelry and a few gifts, Good service, new watch batteries, repairs etc. Used to buy gold and silver, not sure if they still do though so check. I've been going there for a long time, would highly recommend.
I dropped off a heart monitoring watch at this jewellers to have a battery changed. They took my name and number and told me they would be in touch. 4 weeks later I dropped by the shop to see if it had been done and was told rudely to “get out as there are only 3 customers allowed in at one time”. Even I can count that high and at the time there were 2. 6 weeks later I asked my son-in-law to drop by and see if it was ready as I was unwell at the time. Heart failure can make you feel a bit rough at times. When he asked what/if there would be a charge, because he wasn’t sure if I had paid he was told again very rudely “you do a job, you get paid”. To which he replied “not necessarily when it takes 6 weeks to change a watch battery”. Apparently there is a sign in the window saying watch batteries changed whilst you wait. If you do manage to get through the door, don’t hold your breath. Just a note for anyone who may be concerned, I had to buy another monitor to keep me going.
