My husband was buying me a Citizen watch for Christmas. Amy served us and was very knowledgeable about the brand, then was able to adjust the watch strap links for us - it took a few attempts before we got to the right fit but she was really patient. She explained about any insurance if we needed it. I had dealt with Amy previously when I was trying to have my old watch repaired - it turned out it would have cost more to repair it than it was worth, but she stayed in touch with me and there was no pressure to do anything i didn't want to, so it was returned. Amy had the same approach each time - professional and with a friendly manner. It was mainly because of this that I decided to give H Samuel my business when choosing my new watch - well done on a nicely run branch!
I have been looking for a very personal wedding ring since first getting engaged. Found that H Samuel have a design service and with already knowing how good the staff are in the Cannock store so thought to get a quote. Honestly, could not have been any happier with my ring and experience. The designers and makers have done a FANTASTIC job and the service in cannock H Samuel was AMAZING. With a slight resizing issue, Hannah went more than overboard to make the ring exactly what I wanted. I can’t commend the Hannah and the team at Cannock H Samuel enough. Words and photos can’t describe how happy I am.
Brilliant service and advice from Donna, she helped me pick out the perfect ring for my partner. She was very friendly and helpful, I am so glad I went in there and got fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend anyone going into the shop for the perfect gift.
My wife and I went in to buy a watch. Donna the sales assistant was fabulous. She was very helpful and give us advice on brands and designs. No hard selling, just friendly advice. We came away with a lovely Citizen watch for my wife. So she is happy. That makes me happy! Because of Donna's service we will definitely return to H Samuel.
Me and my partner went to order some rings, Donna was very helpful and informative, giving us lots of idea of what to look for in wedding rings. Upon fitting it was slightly loose so Natalie checked sizing again and ordered a smaller size. Natalie was an expert in distracting a very busy 2 year old while me and my partner discussed our options. Great customer service guys!

I visited to have my engagement ring repaired, i was a bit anxious about it as a different shop hadn't fixed my ring correctly and another told me my ring was fine, even tho the stone was rattling. Natalie from Cannock H.Samuel was so helpful and easy to talk to, she told me exactly what was wrong and explained the whole repair procedure. I would definitely visit this shop again.
I simply popped in to have a look for ideas for my friend’s 40th birthday. Donna was extremely helpful and pointed out a few items. Then I took my daughter with me a few days later to get her opinion. We decided on a beautiful necklace and while we were there we got my daughter’s ears pierced. We did also go to another jewellers and we came back to Samuels because of the staff. Gemma and Donna were brilliant with my daughter who was rather nervous as this was her first piercing. We were both won over by how friendly they were. Will definitely return. Excellent customer service. You can’t beat going in a shop and seeing what you’re buying. Much better than online.
Took a ring in to be repaired and received sensational customer service! There was an urgency to get the ring back within 8 weeks and Natalie took this on board and made sure to note it and highlight this when it went for assessment. Within a couple of weeks Hannah called me to discuss options they could offer regarding the ring following the assessment. She was professional and knowledgeable throughout. In my view she went above and beyond on this instance and offered a replacement which I could collect within a couple of days. On collection Donna was great, really helpful and prompt to serve me. I can only thank Hannah and her team greatly for all they did and the expertise they offered on this occasion! Defiantly recommend.
