   Went with my 13 yo daughter yesterday both to have 2nd ear piercings. The ladies were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. First class service and aftercare. Would definitely go again.

   The ladies were absolutely fantastic with our girls aged 4 and 5 when having their ears pierced. They were brilliant explaining to the girls what they were doing and let us moms stand in between them and hold the girls hands while they were getting them pierced. They were nervous going in but because the atmosphere was relaxed they absolutely loved the result and were happy enough soon after. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful jewellers.

   Popped in to see if they could reshape my other halves wedding ring. Was greeted by a lovely bunch of staff and an exceptionally helpful lady (sorry didn't catch your name). Within about 15 minutes the ring was back in shape with much care taken by the gentleman up stairs (again sorry just terrible with names). The ring looked brand new and i was massively impressed how quick this was done. Thank you so much will definitely be suggesting your store to people! The shop had plenty of well priced jewellery but above everything the staff went above and beyond which means a lot!

   I had tricky surgery today inside the shop by a loverly nurse called Elaine. My ear ring hole had healed over but she rolled up her sleeves and put on her over sized gloves and got stuck into getting my tiny stud back into my ear. Nothing was too much trouble for Elaine she even sent out for some smaller gloves so she Could complete the task in hand. I must say we had a good laugh it was pain free I can’t recommend enough Chatwins the Nurse sorry the jewellers what a welcoming and friendly place this is Thank you x

   Took my Daughter to have her second lobe piercing, they thought they didn't have the studs she had chosen so had an alternative pair, she had her piercings and we left, one of the ladies came and found us in town as they had found the pair she originally chose, and gave her a pair to her to change, once her piercings have healed. Absolutely lovely service and such a generous gesture, they didn't need to but went above and beyond to make my daughters day, thank you lovely ladies. Would highly recommend this place for children's lobe piercings they're professional and extremely thoughtful.

   Popped into Chatwins this morning needing a bit of help with a restoration project of an old swatch watch. They were so helpful, genuinely interested in what I was trying to achieve and so happy to help. A really lovely experience.
