   We had a few issues with a diamond ring purchased from EJ. The stone had fallen out on three occasions. We went back into the Telford store and I was dreading the conversation. I hate complaining or taking items back. Previous visits hadn’t gone well but I was told that the lady concerned had retired. This time we spoke with Janine who was very friendly and helpful. We were advised that we could use the cost of the ring as deposit for another. My husband bought me a beautiful platinum and diamond ring. If you need jewellery then I would definitely recommend Janine and her team in Telford.

   Went in today to find an eternity ring. I had the pleasure of being served by Shanice. Honestly it was perfect, we had been in a few days prior as I was trying to find something perfect. Simon took the time to listen to what we were looking for and offered honest advice without ever being pushy.    Second visit here and today we picked our wedding rings and what can I say…. Greeted with a friendly smile and welcome with exceptional customer service from the lovely Emma who helped us when we chose my engagement ring. Nothing too much trouble, advise superb, she’s just so lovely and friendly. Absolutely in love with my stunning Vera Wang wedding ring and can’t wait to wear it.    Could not recommend this Ernest Jones shop enough to anyone looking to buy their wedding rings. The jewellery is beautiful but the customer service we received was absolutely next to none. Simon was so knowledgeable, patient and attentive throughout the whole process. Not once did we feel pressured or encouraged to buy something we weren’t sure on, we spent almost two hours sitting there going back and fourth and he never grumbled or got fed up of us. His knowledge on all things jewellery was brilliant, from the cut to the style of rings he could tell us everything. When I popped in with my mum to just browse styles I had no intention of actually buying something, but because of Simon me and my fiancé went back the next day and brought our rings. Thank you so much Simon for making the experience an enjoyable one, we left feeling on cloud 9.

   After wearing my engagement ring for 6 months, a side stone had fallen out which I was extremely unhappy about. After complaining to customer service, this still resulted in me paying £100 to get it fixed, whilst also being without my ring for a few months. Once the ring had been returned, another side stone had fallen out within 2 weeks of having it back. Another complaint to customer service and we were offered to exchange the ring at the telford store. Simon was so professional, understanding of my feelings and literally went above and beyond to help me find another ring that I have faith will be better quality than the last one. He took a lot of time to talk through the options that were close to what I was looking for, listened to our story, took interest in our wedding and felt more like a friend than a shop worker. I cannot thank Simon and his team enough for how helpful they have been, I was extremely tedious about exchanging my ring and felt awful about the whole experience prior to this day. The ring I had chosen wasn’t in stock in my size, Simon has ordered it in for me and will be with me shortly. I will 100% be returning to this store and will be recommending Simon and the team to everyone I know due to their amazing customer service.

   Popped in today and looked at the Hamilton Watch range. I went to ask one the assistants to see if I could try one of them on. Alison assisted me and got the watch from the show cabinet. She asked me if I was wearing a watch and when I said yes, she produced a soft tray for me to place my watch on. Small things matter when buying watches and for her to produce a tray for my watch didn’t go unnoticed. A few jewellers I’ve been too have just left me to put my watch on a hard counter when trying on their watches. The watch was stunning but needed a few links taken out. So as shop was busy I paid for the Hamilton and Alison said it would be ready in 30mins. I got back and was immediately dealt with and we sat down for fitting. Another adjustment was needed and Alison did it in super fast time. The service from walking in too when I walked out with my watch was excellent. Definitely going to shop here again. Well done Ernest Jones. you’re Staff are very well trained and knowledgeable and very customer friendly. Many thanks
