   I was seen today for a soft tissue infection. I found the service easy to access and the staff friendly, helpful and very good at clinical assessment and treatment. The service was efficient and very well organised. I found it very useful to be able to get information about what conditions were appropriate to attend with. Overall I thought that the service was excellent and all of the managers and staff involved should be very proud of the service.

   I had a severely impacted wisdom tooth removed by the very professional Dr Morgan Roche. Dr Roche and his clinical team, along with all the nurses and staff at the Surgical Hub, made me very comfortable and the surgery went without an issue. The entire unit is a credit to the NHS and I will recommend far and wide. BTW - I’m recovering well!

   Seen by Nurse Kay on the 11/08/25 and she was amazing and extremely helpful. After trying to get an appointment for weeks with my own GP and getting absolutely no where I was seen very quickly checked over and she managed to get me a prescription for antibiotics straight away. Thank you nurse Kay the nhs needs more people like you ❤️

   I attended this Community hospital at St Austell this morning due to having an injury to my knee. It's difficult to put into words my experience. I was completely bowled over by how friendly and very efficient the staff were. My whole experience only lasted about 1 hour which included an xray. The hospital itself was immaculately clean. My thanks go to all the staff and I shall return your crutches at the end of my holiday. Thanks again. Trevor Phillips.
