   Nice staff but kept up by other guests slamming doors (really should ensure that they are sound proofed, the whole house shudders when certain doors are used), and the cold (its November, why isn't the heating on?). Apart from that the location is good if you have an event on at Queens might be worth checking out but your experience will be hit/miss depending on other guests and weather

   I had a great time. Reception from Hillary and Renatta was welcoming. The room was adequate and clean. The breakfast was terrific, as good an Irish B.fast as anywhere. I am a walker so short walk to town or bus is right there. Thank you. I would stay again.

   Pleasantly surprised by the room. We had a great comfy bed and an ensuite. Water pressure in the shower wasn't enough to wash my hair but that's ok. Close to some nice restaurants and only 20 minute walk to the centre of the city. I would stay here again 100%

   Quite a dated B&B but in a decent location... Although Windermere Guest House definitely isn't the best B&B going around it is probably the best location-wise and with a decent sized room you'll get for the price range. It;s only a 20 minute walk from the center of Belfast and there are heaps of nice bars close by. In saying that though, parking was very difficult and limited - the street it is on is extremely busy, the driveway is very narrow (inaccessible if you have a large car) and there is only room for 3, maybe 4 cars. The host was very strict about immediate cash payment and breakfast hours and the building was quite dated and, although clean, had a bit of a musky smell. Belfast itself is an awesome city!

   A real gem! Clean, most pleasant, quiet (even the guests), bus-9 nearby, not too far from city centre, large+good breakfast; TV, sink, and towels; shared shower rooms/toilets; spacious lounge; really good value (depending on how you book: £… ££); and a really nice host.
