   Stayed here on a solo trip. A little far outside the city centre but easy to get a bus. Very close to the botanic garden and queens university, which are both very nice. The room was lovely, I loved the decor and it felt so comfy, a home from home. Love the extra touches like complimentary taytos, lots of tea, and really nice shampoo/shower gel. I was a bit concerned before I arrived, as you cannot contact anyone after 5pm. I arrived at 7pm and luckily didn't have any issues with getting in using the passcode.

   Comfortable rooms. Bathroom very small but ok Well equipped kitchen. Great location for shops . Short bus ride to the city or a 20 minute walk.

   Rooms were dated and not as fresh as the photos that are shown however the bed was extremely comfortable and the room had everything needed for our stay. We arrived and the room was very warm (due to the unusual hot weather in ireland) we called the company who drove a big fan to us within an hour! Location was around a 30 minute walk from belfast center but it was fun to see other parts of the city. (There is a bus stop about 1 minute away that goes directly to the centre and back) overall if i return to belfast i would defo come back :)

   It was comfy enough. The room was quite small and we could hear every step made by the people that were in the room above. It was within walking distance of everything we needed. It was mostly clean (some bugs flying around and got a few bites) and the shower leaked under the shower door.

   Stayed here over valentines, when booked, was a double deluxe, I wouldn't have said it was a deluxe, we were in room one, very small for 2 ppl getting ready, the TV is in the wrong place, if make up mirror on u can see TV, TV also doesn't swivel, we also noticed bedside table was very wobbly and drawer broken, little arm chair was also not sturdy so became a clothes stand, we stayed from Saturday till Wednesday and never had anyone come give us clean towels or empty bins etc, I didn't mind using the bin in the kitchen but the place was full so bags left around bin in kitchen area, the doors being fire doors closed very fast and heavy so ppl let slam , I'm sure we did at times as well , perhaps some softe rubber to dull the slamming of doors would be good, pillows need renewing as have seen better days . Would use again if just passing through but wouldn't use it for a longer stay.

   I’ll list out the pros and cons. Pros: • Friendly virtual staff. (We only communicated via phone and email) They responded promptly. • Room is nice and mostly clean. • A lot of food options nearby. • Free washer machine. Cons: • Bugs! Even with the technology they have to keep the bugs out, I still saw a lot of bugs in the bathroom and then the bedroom area too. The staff did attempt to rectify the situation multiple times but the bugs still kept coming. • No daily housekeeping. And, I’m unsure if housekeeping is even on site. • No dryer. In conclusion, would I stay here again? Yes, I honestly would give this place another try. I’d probably want a different room, maybe different building too but I would stay here. Would I recommend staying here to anyone else? Maybe.
