   Hi , Ive spent all my working life with HGVs and many years crossing the Alps , on the Italian side you have to clime the Alps in tunnels at 40 tons just pure madness many trucks have seized the engine due to insufficient cooling and more so in the future . so good cooling is always at the fore and better than replacing an engine . Clive ( mr Cool ) is a quiet man knows his stuff from years of experience and i must say im very pleased with the junk i had taken round he not only made a wonderful job but also a 50 percent larger core to give extra cooling and now looks brand new ! any more junk radiators ill be round to see Clive ( mr Cool ) hes the man for the job ...

   First time visiting Wolverhampton radiators only reason i went was due to the good reviews. But the service was very poor. I travelled from 45 minutes away to get my radiator checked. Turn upto the shop which is closed get told over the phone 20 mins away which turns in to other 45 minutes of waiting. When he turns up takes my radiator and contact number. Ive asked when will you get time to check it. Gives me a day, didnt hear from him so ive given a call to see whats the progress. he was busy which i understand people get busy at times. So he says i will check it on this day and samething again dont hear from him so ive called again, i havent checked it and you need to stop calling. His given the days of checking the item and its his responsibility to check it on the dates he has said. Shouts at me on the phone and says im busy and i cant check it. Come collect your radiator. So ive wasted my fuel, time and travelling 20 miles to get there. He seems like the owner of the place. Very rude and miserable. I have my own business i dont treat my customers like that. You need to work on your time keeping and how to speak to your customers
