   During my visit to the Ford Service Centre Wolverhampton, which I booked online (service while waiting), I had to wait four hours for the service to be completed. After the service, I checked the air filters in the car park and found that neither had been changed. I returned inside with the dirty filters to ask about this. I was told an excuse that the money I paid for the service plan two years ago was not sufficient to cover the cost of the filters. They are not doing the services properly, It was a major service but as I did check the filters they were surprised. What a bad excuse from them. Will never come back.

   After having a full service and mot we was told when booking ford assist would be included it is at other dealerships after ringing for over a week with no return call I asked to speak to manager was told he was too busy will never use this place again shocking customer service

   You would have thought that with the potential of £80,000 worth of sales, my previous review highlighting our terrible customer service experience and a call from Renault to offer a way of making up for their failings they would have pulled out all the stops to right their wrong. You'd be wrong, reluctantly giving them the opportunity to redeem themselves after they drastically let us down the first time it seems they're not getting any better. I'd go so far as to say it's even worse customer service, we were promised a call back on Saturday some time but as before they couldn't be bothered to call on the day, inform when they will be in touch or provide any form of correspondence. It appears they must not want our business anymore after the past twenty years plus of our loyal custom with them, disgraceful!
