The staff here are often under enormous pressure but always remain polite and helpful. The service is of an excellent high standard and Nic, to name but one member of staff (although many deserve a mention), has served us over the years in a professional and friendly capacity, always being willing to give excellent pharmaceutical advice. Feel blessed to have this service nearby and connected to our doctor’s surgery.
Live in the local area and have been suffering with a sore throat. I decided to see the pharmacist as trying to get a gp appointment is non existent. The pharmacist asked me a few questions was very helpful and able to confirm and validate my pain. I was given antibiotics. Very happy with how quickly I was seen and helped. Always polite, friendly and professional. The team are working under a lot of pressure -as most NHS pharmacies -but we have always had complete trust on them for our medicines requirements . Keep up the good work !

Really gone downhill this place. Never got all my prescriptions in and then blame my GP's. Put an order in 7 days ago & say they only got it yesterday this is for insulin which obviously I can't be without. Will not be using these ever again avoid at all costs. Had to go back today because again they messed up with my insulin, I'm supposed to be in isolation for 12 weeks! Shambles of a pharmacy now got to choose a different pharmacy because these are a disgrace.
Waited for 40 minutes with my 8 year old son to be told they don't have one of the medications in stock. The lady dealing with the prescription apologised. The Pharmacist who runs the Pharmacy and handed me the medication did not. It is not the first time they have not had my medications in. 5 people who came in after me were given their prescriptions and left in the time I was there. Really poor service especially by the owner. I will not be returning!
Cannot believe how much the pharmacy has gone downhill in the last five months since an almost complete change in staff. We have had repeat prescriptions for a number of years without any issues before this change of staff. Each month i have had to chase up medicines with either a few items missing or even the whole prescription not filled even with giving them seven days notice.
