   Waited 10 minutes to even be looked at, god forbid you want to make a purchase, it's like they don't want yoru money. Was ignored by staff for over 10 mins in a almost empty shop... Other customer said the staff are always like this, Went to wellspring instead.

   On 3 different occasions including today, I experience abuse by a male staff at this pharmacy. The first time, he was to treat my kids of ear infections, note my kids are all under 6 years, this guy was shouting at us,he didn't want me to go into the consulting room with my kids and when I offered to stay outside with the 2 other kids too, he refused and started shouting at me when he eventually allowed all of us into the consulting room, it was hell for my kids. The second time, we were waiting for medications and needed clarification and the way he speak to me, very rude. He doesn't all you to speak and only want you to accept whatever he says. Today I was going for flu vaccine and I experience the same verbal abuse from him, I feel like he has targeted me. He even asked me to change my pharmacy from here when I replied to his verbal abuse.

   The staff are polite and helpful....however you are often stood in the que just to tell them you have a prescription for a good ten minutes, being ignored until they sort out other things. Seems like they get busy and cant cope with it

   Absolutely terrible service!!! Never have my prescription! Have to contact my Doctor to sort it out all the time!!!! also happens with family members, my mother transferred to another chemist, I'm also transferring somewhere else, repeat prescriptions are a nightmare!!!! I've been in tears because they've not got my medication. If you want peace of mind that you'll get your meds when needed DO NOT USE THIS CHEMISTS!!!!

   Poor stock and the staffing levels are all over the place !! No one seems to know what they are supposed to be doing. Always have to go back for a script and they never answer the phone…

   This Pharmacy used to be excellent under the management of Mr Phakey. Been a loyal customer for over 20+ years but recently management has really gone downhill. Victor the pharmacy manager has got my prescription wrong several times, when I visited he denied responsibility and was sarcastic and rude. The new owner of this pharmacy is not concerned and has left management to incompetent managers like Victor. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!

   Extremely slow service. Phone takes extremely long time to be answered, with no system in place to handle calls so you don't even know if anyone is there or how many people are in queue. Not being open on Saturday afternoons is very restrictive, compared to almost every service industry which is open on Saturday as standard. The staff themselves are friendly and give good advice and good consulting. But they are very clearly overworked and understaffed resulting in poor overall service. It's not the fault of the staff - more people need to be hired.
