Pharmacy is consistent in not being professional. Hussain disputed my mother requiring medication for her fractured foot (which the hospital had prescribed). This person questioned my elderly mother's need for her meds...the meds she needs (for the foot she has now fractured for the third time). Hussain has been promising he will deliver her medication since Thursday - knowing she can't walk on her foot to collect them herself. She called today and again he promised he would arrive before closing at 6pm. Still nothing. I'm not sure if this being (Hussain) is trying to test if my mother actually needs the meds or not but Hussain - maybe trial this behaviour on your own elderly parents not my mother. The oracle finally delivered the meds at 19:20 without a word, no apology, no nothing. Some people need to learn some respect and Hussain you certainly are one of them. There is a sense of decorum and etiquette. I understand there's a pandemic, but we are all dealing with it, no need to exhibit passive aggressive ways to the vulnerable people of society - the elderly. Don't trust Hussain or his scepticism about your prescriptions! Don't offer a service if you clearly can't provide it, maybe change your profession, it is not up to you to refuse meds, if it's written by a doctor - prescribe it. If you wanted authority, you should've become a doctor instead!
Staff have an awful attitude. every time i go to pick up a prescription they always argue with me about something. their card machine never works, and can often never find my prescription after having given them my address, date of birth, the prescription name itself. do yourself a favour and save yourself the hassle and go to a different pharmacy. not to mention the name 'late night' but they shut at 6???

Rubbish pharmacy never open late like it's their own take away when like open when business not goes closed. Plus rubbish attitude...... Take an advice this business not the best option for you maybe try something else...
