Staff there are useless forgetting to notify me when my medication is ready. And then they started to say I wasn't allowed to have my medication as it was supposedly been sat there for ten days when I picked it up the week before
They do not offer the Earwax service despite the Google name and being able to book it online, so turned up. They said they were trying to have it taken down but I don’t know how long this has been going on.
I used this pharmacy for my prescriptions. This place is done on the cheap, quite tatty and not really discreet to discuss medical issues. I have no idea why they have a plastic screen with a hatch to shout through. A couple of chairs in the narrow shop. The floor is tatty. I feel this pharmacy is a box shifter, it lacks quality. Convenient yes but needs a re fit and up market feel. The advice is brisk, the on duty pharmacist (s) is busy and not inviting to discuss medical matters. Let's hope the owners will invest in patient experience soon.
Needed an emergency prescription. Not a regular customer. Was warmly welcomed, given courteous and efficient service beyond my expectations. Will happily deal with them again and am delighted, on the basis of my experience, to give my unequivical recommendation.
I've been going to this pharmacy for a few months now and I'll be honest I've never met a chemist so Polite And so respectful I would Recommend that pharmacist to everybody.

Reply..this isn't my name it's an email. I have the right address. I've had several problems..I don't want to put my name for fear of further issues. Text it was ready. I wasn't.. stood waiting ages. Told them I need to be at work. It's being checked I was told. I'd seen that being done..but still waiting..I asked again. It turns out I'm waiting on it bring put in a paper bag! Waited over 20 mins.yet staff stood around. One was just separating papers..I mean they knew I was there..just not professional
Better than the Dr's, always have time to listen to you and give you their best advice. Super friendly great people. Couldn't recommend more!
