Went in with a sore ear, google says a pharmacist can offer advice but i was instantly turned away and told me to call 111. go somewhere else if you want some sort of consultation
This is a great pharmacy, always ready to go the extra mile. I have to collect a weekly prescription and the doctors don't always have it sent through in time, well one time Mrs Parmar chased me down the street because it had just come in. Fantastic service
Lovely, helpful people. I’d had trouble with other pharmacies getting my medication in, they have always come through for me.
The woman with the short hair and glasses is one of the worst people I have ever met, rude to customers, judges patients, the most sour faced person. I think she should be in another job, whenever I see her there I avoid going in and I tell others to find a different pharmacy. The man that works there is lovely and kind, too bad she ruins it.
Terrible time keeping, regularly late in the morning to open, waited for 25 mins in the freezing rain for the chemist to open, only to be told it would be another 15 mins. This happens every time I call before I have to be at work. Friendly enough when they are open, why not respect people's schedules and change your opening times to the times you ACTUALLY open.
Love this pharmacy the staff are so friendly and give excellent advice even offered to print leaflets for me to have more knowledge off my condition.there so quick and efficient not like some of the other pharmaceuticals in the area can't fault this pharmacy will always use it

The staff here are wonderful. Always appear in high spirits and always ready and able to give advice. If, for some reason, they don't know an answer or can't recommend something immediately, they will go above and beyond to seek constructive advice or a genuine answer. I've only known the staff a very short while but they seem to remember my face and always ask, with sincerity, how I am. The service is as fast as they're able and I'm rarely waiting longer than 10 mins despite being on a controlled drug for my ADHD, and requiring a heavier sign off by the Pharmacist.
Excellent pharmacy. Superb service from all the staff. Mr Parmar is a dedicated professional. He has served the community well for many years and I hope he'll continue to do so for many more!
