   I made an appointment for a flu jab. I was called on the day of the appointment and told they didn't have it in stock to come back the following week. I came back a week later, the same issue. If they do not have it stop the appointments and redirect people to other locations that have it. I wasted 2 days and 2 weeks for nothing. Bad management. I will definitely not use their services in the future.

   Lazy, disorganised, unprofessional and Incompetent. I booked a Covid Vacc two weeks in advance and when I turned up the member of staff told me I can’t have it done today but could come back next week. She said she tried to call me but I don’t have any evidence to corroborate this as I received no missed calls or texts from Wells, so who knows I only have her word for it. No explanation why my appointment had been cancelled was offered voluntarily by the staff member. I had to ask why my appointment had been cancelled. I was the told very reluctantly that the Manager wasn’t available today. To top it off the staff member offered to let me have one next week if I popped in at my earliest convenience and no doubt additional expense. What a waste of my time. Thankfully she had the wherewithal to suggest an alternative after I asked about an alternative place where I could get my vaccine today. There’s no way I’d use Wells again, ever, any of them.

   They tell you to go to them to get your pill instead of the doctors. I’ve been once and they’ve took me in the side room to go through the questions then said I’ll be fine to go to them everytime! So I go back when I’m due it and wait in the queue for agers as always. Then they can’t even give it to me as there’s no one to do the contraception! Ridiculous pharmacy

   Called the pharmacy spoke to the pharmacist who said he's not the regular pharmacist, spoke to the dispenser lady and she cut me off and was very rude to me.... please train your staff

   Use to be a lovely pharmacy with great staff. However the staff that actually knew what they were doing have either left or have given up, Leaving staff that have no idea what they're doing. The new pharmacist is rude and useless, no wonder they're all miserable. Already switched pharmacy, horrible place.

   Too slow. Don’t have prescriptions ready on time. Fed up with this pharmacy and had to change to the one at bottom of Clifton. Even ringing in advance telling them I’m coming for my prescription (at 5pm when it should have been ready by 3pm) didn’t help and it still wasn’t ready. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs they are useless.

   Sad to say we are having to move to another chemist , l went at 8.30am this morning the shutter did go up till 8.45 l was 5 in the queue 9am by the time l got inside to be told that the prescription was still in the hub l was told this on Wednesday morning , and to come back Friday , so again l went back at 3 pm joined the queue finally got the prescription , this was sent by the doctor electronically on Monday and its not been the first time this has happened . The staff are lovely but but the service needs sorting .

   Staff are absolutely brilliant and cannot do enough for you. Yes you might have to wait sometimes but under the circumstances I think there are more important things to worry about. All staff are extremely helpful and don't get the praise they deserve. Well done guys you are doing a great job under massive pressures
