I have just been down to the pharmacy for my flu jab. The pharmacist was so nice, professional and friendly. I have not seen him here before. His name is Harry.
I've had my medications sent here, I'm trying to call you on the phone and have been for half an hour as I have no medication and I'm in desperate need of them all. Please could someone advise me how to go about this?
Absolutely useless place, they tell you your prescription isn't there when it is, drs comfirmed they do this alot! . Closing time is supposed to be 8pm, turned up at 4.50pm to all the shutters down an all closed up. Constantly reminding them that some of my medication is kept in the fridge. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy.
Tomuch waiting time I asked for prescriptions lady forget after 20 mints she realised I am waiting poor service they doesn’t care about how long people are waiting. Came 15:53 and received 16:26
Well stock pharmacy most otc medicines usually available as well as prescriptions plesent and helpful staff and pharmacist.
Very disappointed by customer services! Waited for 30 minutes then say said they normally take 48 hrs to make the prescription ready ! Would never use them against
very helpful and professional staff,sometimes a waiting time but that is almost everywhere so it's not a big deal for me.
ASDA Pharmacies are Broad-banded and intensive. Any item that is not available in other Pharmacies, stands 99.9% chances, to be available at ASDA Pharmacy. This is called professionalism! Well done ASDA Pharmacy! Keep the flag, flying!
Worse experience by a very rude staff.l was ask of my name and for 3x the member of staff said l can't hear.l said let me write it down for you.l couldn't believe when this uncivilized lady had the effontory to tell me l have terrible attitude. There was an Asda member of staff behind me who couldn't believe what the lady said to me.i have decided not to ever go to the pharmacy again.
Always quite helpful when you describe your symptoms and will be upfront with yo if you can buy cheaper off the shelf. Waiting time us usually reasonable. Hard to see the prices of a lot of over the counter items but they wil always tell you if you ask. No real waiting area
