   Recently changed accomodatiom and ended up letting through Rodgers Residential. They were excellent throughout the whole process, with a special mention to the very helpful and patient Cole who communicated everything quickly and made the process seamless. The 3rd party referencing system was quite detailed but from the first viewing to getting the keys in under a week we were delighted and thankful for Rodgers Residential and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent accommodation in Belfast.    Absolute disrespect from the agency, very poor level of service. The property was not prepared and does not meet basic standards. The flat is completely different from the advert, which is considered misleading. Avoid this agency at all costs. We received written confirmation that the viewing was on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., but no one was there. Only after I called was I told it would take place on Thursday. This was very inconvenient for us, especially with a small child. When we attended the rescheduled viewing on Thursday, the property was in very poor condition compared to the advert: mould in the shower, dirty carpets, stained sofa, rubbish inside, and one room not even accessible. The flat did not match the photos online and was not presented in a suitable state for potential tenants, especially at £825 per month. this is terrible

   I rate Rodgers Residential as 'Simply the Best' Estate Agent there is. I sold my own home, through Natasha Rodgers and her excellent sales team, they made the entire process from the initial valuation through all the back to back viewings and then the legalities, super fast efficient and seamless. I have also rented as a tenant via Rodgers Residential over the last few years, and Natasha and her rental team made every single step of the way, so hassle free and comfortable that I recommend her to everyone who is either buying selling or renting.

   I rent my place through Rodgers Residential, and honestly, they've been great. Whenever I've had any issues with the house – they've been really quick to get it sorted. I'm not left waiting around for ages, which is a massive bonus. The whole team is good, but I have to give a shoutout to Victoria in particular. She's always been super pleasant and helpful. Renting can be a nightmare, but they make it a lot less stressful. If you're looking for a place to rent, I'd definitely recommend giving Rodgers Residential a look. They're definitely one of the better agencies I've dealt with."

   Very poor estate agents who do little or nothing when it comes to help with repairs etc. Will not help the tenant and always side with incompetent landlords. I highly recommend you avoid dealing with this company.

   Totally unprofessional people and patronising manager at the time I was returning the keys from a rental property when I sincerely didn’t know where to leave the keys explaining to them what happened. They made it my fault & they weren’t helpful at all. Made me look stupid rather than understanding that I didn’t know! I returned the keys in an apartment mailbox as the agent told me it’s okay to put it in the ‘mailbox’ (which was located inside the ground floor of an apartment complex). My first rental property experience and you just made it so horrible as sincerely I didn’t know what the person on the phone meant when they mentioned “just put it in the mailbox” as I thought they were pertaining to the mailbox in my apartment complex. It would have been helpful to specifiy where it is and not be so dismissive when the issue came as people sometimes don’t have any experience RETURNING KEYS as this is their first rental experience. An agent fought with me on the phone telling its my problem and to deal with it myself or else I would have to be charged. Didn’t know that they have a mailbox outside the office. They were not the rental property I was with when I took the keys as they took over halfway through the rental contract. In addition to this, the report after I returned the keys (when I was able to retrieve it) claimed dust setting in the apartment. I think they just continued to be horrible to me for this. They reviewed the apartment a couple days later. So obviously there would be a just a few dust on the floor already but they tried to claim a cleaning fee in the report where they took a picture of the floor and you couldn’t see the microscopic dust. They tried any excuse to get money out of the renters. I disputed this and WON against the ridiculous claim. So no cleaning fee deducted from my downpayment that the landlord wants to ripped me off.
