   Not having been in the property market for many years, we approached a number of estate agents, including Simon Brien, East Belfast, who had acted for neighbours and they had recommended the company to us. We were very impressed with Samuel Dickey when he visited our home. He was personable, knowledgeable and helpful and we therefore decided to engage Simon Brien to sell our house. We were very happy with how the sale was handled, though the property we hoped to buy fell through and Simon Brien arranged at short notice a lovely rental apartment while we looked around for one to buy. We have now moved into a new build managed by the same company. From the first day we met Mr Dickey until now, some 18 months later, he and every member of staff at Simon Brien have at all times been pleasant, helpful, professional and absolutely dependable.
